Located in Clearwater, Florida for over 28 yrs, Suncoast LED Displays is one of the country’s premier manufacturers of electronic displays. Our products range from score board instant replay units to informational displays in transportation facilities.

Suncoast has over 35,000 installations worldwide, with more being installed everyday! Designing and manufacturing these displays requires knowledge in a number of areas including software, firmware, electrical and mechanical engineering as well as manufacturing. Sales Representative

Candidate will find and close contracts at defined monthly goals, that ensure company and customer satisfaction. Candidate will prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers. Candidate will maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. Candidate will maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications. Candidate will develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by developing technical presentations for potential customers and maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends. Candidate will be responsive for other duties as assigned.

Must have the following in order to apply: Must have an AA Degree with three (3) years experience. Must have a valid Florida Drivers License. Must have an understanding of LED technology or equivalent. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Must be proficient in MS Office Software. Must have oral and written communication skills. Must have well developed presentation skills. Must have customer relations skills. Must have problem solving skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate software, hardware and various interfaces. Must have the ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously. Must have the availability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Customer Service Representative

Summary: Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Service Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintains customer name and address data-base.
  • Talk with customers by phone concerning orders, returns, shipments and products and determine appropriate representative to transfer call to
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status
  • Checks shipping orders to ensure they are accurate
  • Follows up with customers to ensure delivery by specified dates
  • Confers with production, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
  • Call customers when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders. Obtain customer feedback information
  • Partner with sales department to meet and exceed customer's service expectations as outlined in the department's policies and procedures.
  • Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak and communicate well with customers.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work in a team environment.

Education

  • Must have High School diploma or general education degree(GED) and 6 months to 1 year related
    experience and/or training:
  • Technical experience preferred.
  • Must be familiar with Micro soft Word, Excel and data base entry
